I absolutely love this gym! It’s a hidden gem — always clean, well-organized, and has everything I need for a great workout. The equipment is in top-notch condition and never overcrowded. The best part? The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly care about their members. It feels more like a fitness family than just a place to work out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive, supportive gym environment!

I can’t recommend this gym enough! When I first started, I was overweight and wasn’t eligible to join the Army. I needed a place that was convenient and effective and this gym has been perfect. It’s super close to home, which makes sticking to a routine so much easier. Since starting, I’ve dropped 18 pounds, gained strength, and improved my overall fitness, and now I’m finally eligible to join the Army. The staff is supportive, the equipment is top-notch, and the environment keeps me motivated every day. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits, this gym has everything you need to succeed.

I've been to a few of the gyms here in Kuna and Domination is by far the best one! All the equipment is new and clean and they have a great variety of equipment too. The owners are very nice and easy to talk to. And they are always at the gym and ready to talk to if you need anything or have questions. They are not expensive and don't force you into any crazy complicated contracts. If you want to start working out in a stress free and welcoming environment then this is your place!

Having been to several gyms, I can honestly say, hands down, Domination Fitness is the best! Noah is an incredible trainer who not only holds you accountable but pushes you to achieve your best results. You definitely feel the burn during every session—and seeing the results makes it all worth it! 💪 As a mom, I especially appreciate the kids' area. It makes it so much easier to get in that hour-long workout without having to worry about childcare. My kiddo absolutely loves it and is already looking forward to the day he can start working out with Noah, too! ❤️ I also love that I get to train alongside my husband. Domination Fitness has truly been such a great addition to our family's healthy lifestyle. Noah, sorry to say… you're stuck with us forever!!! 😂💪❤️

The owner is incredibly friendly and very approachable. The culture is what I have been looking for. There is state of the art equipment, plenty of space, machines, and free weights to achieve my goals. The group that is there during the time of day I go is there to work first, socialize second. Everyone is friendly and mindful of others.

Perfect small town gym for Kuna! The owner is almost always there to check in on you and makes the experience personable. Brand new equipment and a very clean environment. If you’re looking to support local instead of some generic chain that doesn’t care about you. Give them a try! There are no sign up or cancellation fees so there is no reason not to give it a shot.

The gym is clean and well maintained. For the size of the gym it is well equipped. Monthly competitions and, a 500 and 1000lbs club boards create a fun competitive community. Supplements are locally made and really good. The owner is awesome. I understand the appeal for a big mainstream franchise gym. I highly recommend considering this gym if you are looking.

Other members are friendly, and I’m always able to get on the machine or rack I’m looking for. Chill atmosphere and great membership rates really top it off for me. Would definitely recommend!

I'm so so so glad I found this gym!! Literally, unlike any other gym in the area when it comes to things that matter: equipment, philosophy, vibe, and a bonus is that it's owned by a super nice young, growing family! My mind is blown that this little paradise is 5 min from my house.
