Policy.

The Short Version

We collect what we need to sign you up, bill you, let you in the door and keep the gym safe. We don't sell your information, we don't send marketing emails or texts, and we don't share your information with anyone who doesn't need it to do one of those things.

What We Collect, and Why

• When you join or buy a guest pass. The agreement form asks for your name, email, phone number, address and date of birth, plus your agreement to the terms. Family memberships also ask for the names and birth dates of the family members covered. We use this to set up your membership, confirm you're old enough to join, and reach you about your account.
• When you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never touches our website. We see your name, email, the last four digits of your card and whether a payment went through.
• Your door code. We keep a record of which code belongs to which member or guest so we can manage access to the building.
• When you request a free consultation. The form asks about your goals, your training history, your schedule and any injuries or health conditions you choose to share. We use it only to prepare for your consultation and coach you.
• When you email, call or text us. We keep the conversation so we can help you.
• When you're at the gym. The gym has security cameras that record video. There are no cameras in the restrooms or changing areas. The cameras are there for the safety of our members and to protect the building, including during the hours no staff are on site. We look at footage when there's a reason to, such as an injury, theft, damage or a question about who used a door code. We may share footage with law enforcement or our insurance company if we need to.
• When you visit the website. Our hosting company records basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure. The site also loads fonts from Google.
• Visitor statistics. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they look at. It uses cookies and collects things like your device type and general location (city, not address). We don't use it to identify you. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load it at all.

Emails You'll Get From Us

We email your door code, your welcome message, payment receipts and notices if a payment doesn't go through. These are part of your membership. We don't send marketing emails or texts.

Who We Share It With

Only the companies that help us run the gym, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Jotform hosts our signup and consultation forms.
• Google provides our email and visitor statistics.
• Netlify hosts the website and stores door-code records.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our members and staff. We never sell or rent your information.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your membership and payment records while you're a member and for as long afterward as we need them for taxes, accounting and legal reasons. If you'd like something removed sooner, ask us and we'll tell you what we can delete.

Your Choices

• Update the card we have on file any time at dominationfitnesskuna.com/update-card.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.

Kids and Teens

You need to be 16 or older to sign up or buy a pass online. Kids ages 12 to 20 can be covered by a parent's family membership, and the parent provides their names and birth dates. We don't knowingly collect information online from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
