How It Works
From Signup to
Your First Workout.
The whole thing happens online and takes a few minutes. No waiting for the front desk to open.
- Pick a membership Single or family, month to month or paid in full.
- Sign and pay online Fill out the membership agreement, then pay on a secure checkout page.
- Get your door code Your code is emailed as soon as your payment goes through, usually within a minute.
- Come in any time Punch your code into the keypad at the front door, day or night.
Staffed Hours vs. After Hours
The doors are open to members around the clock, every day of the week. Staff are on site Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm and Saturday from 8am to 2pm. Stop by during those hours for a tour, help with a machine, supplements, or to book a training session.
The kids area is open during staffed hours only. After hours, it's you, the equipment, and whoever else likes training early or late.
Keep your code to yourself
Your door code belongs to you, or to your household on a family membership. Letting non-members in can end your membership. It keeps the gym safe and uncrowded for the people who pay to be there. Friends and family can grab a day or week pass and get their own code.

Is the gym really open 24 hours?
Yes. Members get in any time with their door code, seven days a week.
When is staff at the gym?
Mon–Fri 7am–7pm · Sat 8am–2pm. Outside those hours the gym is open to members, but no staff are on site.
How do I get my door code?
Join online and your code is emailed as soon as your payment goes through. Family memberships share one code for the household.
Can guests come after hours?
Yes. Guests buy a day or week pass online and get their own door code by email.
Is the kids area open 24/7?
No. The kids area is open during staffed hours only, and kids stay in their parent's care while you train.
