Your First Two Weeks

A Simple Way
to Start.

You don't need a perfect plan. You need a few good habits and someone to ask when you're unsure.

  1. Stop by during staffed hours Take a look around and ask anything. Mon–Fri 7am–7pm · Sat 8am–2pm.
  2. Book a free consultation Sit down with a coach, talk through your goals and any injuries, and see if training is a good fit. No pressure either way.
  3. Start with the basics Machines guide the movement, so they're a great first step. Add free weights as you get comfortable.
  4. Pick a routine you can keep Two or three workouts a week beats one huge week you can't repeat.

First-Timer Tips

  • Train when it's quiet. With 24/7 access you can come early or late until you feel at home.
  • Write your workouts down. Seeing your numbers climb is the best motivation there is.
  • Ask for help. Staff would much rather show you a machine than watch you guess.
  • Don't compare. Everyone on the floor started somewhere.
  • Talk to a coach. A free consultation is a good place to ask questions and see if training is right for you.

Want more coaching? Personal training starts at $65 a session, with monthly packages from $219.

Beginner FAQ

Beginner
Questions.

I've never lifted. Is this gym for me?

Yes. Members range from first-timers to serious lifters. Staff can show you around, and a free consultation will help you figure out where to start.

Do I need a personal trainer?

No, but it helps. The consultation is free, so you can meet a coach and see if it's a fit before deciding on anything else.

What should I do on my first day?

Come during staffed hours, get a tour, and start with a few machines. Keep it short and leave wanting more.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly memberships are month to month, and you can try a $10 day pass first.
